Shipping Charges

Shipping is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, third party transport, and handling costs. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, our best approximation and will vary with specific requests, such as gift wrapping. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at time of order.

Ground Shipping $15 flat rate

Your order should arrive in approximately 2-5 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon PST. Delivery times may be longer to the east coast.

2-3 Business Day Shipping - $30 flat rate

Your order should arrive in approximately 2-3 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon PST. Delivery times may be longer to the east coast.

Overnight Shipping - $65 flat rate

Your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon PST. Delivery times are longer to the east coast.

Store Pick-Up

You are welcome to pick up your merchandise at the store, please select store pick-up during checkout.

Return Policy:

Thank you for shopping with us! We appreciate your business and we always want you to be happy with your purchases from us. We will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, eligible items or defective merchandise with all tags affixed.

From Date of Purchase: Please return within 10 days for refund to original credit card. Exchange or store credit 11-20 days. Merchandise purchased at 49% or less is eligable for exchange or store credit up to 7 days. Merchandise at 50% or more is not eligable for return or exchange. 
 
Holiday Returns: Please return or exchange gifts purchased between Dec 1st and 24th by January 5th.
 
Special Order Items: 20% restock charge for items not taken. No refunds on custom made items. 

Order Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your online purchase after it has been made and before your purchase ships please phone (650.344.1460) or email, style@sammalouf.com with your order number, we will cancel the order for you.

Regular Price Merchandise Returns:

Please return within 10 days of delivery using the pre-paid Smart Label located on the packing slip enclosed with your merchandise: If a return label is not in our package , please email us at style@sammalouf.com or call 650.344.160.

Your purchase will be credited to the original credit card minus the original shipping charge.

If the merchandise is past our 10 day return policy, we will be happy to exchange or give your store credit within 20 days of receipt of goods.

Please return within the 11-20 days of delivery using the pre-paid Smart Label located on the packing slip enclosed with your merchandise: If a return label is not in your package, please email us at style@sammalouf.com or call 650.344.1460.

Your purchase will be exchanged or given store credit minus the original shipping charge.

Sale Price Merchandise Returns for sales up to 49% Off

Merchandise purchased on sale up to 49 percent off is eligible for exchange or store credit up to 7 days after receipt of goods. Please use the pre-paid Smart Label located on the packing slip enclosed with your merchandise. If a return label is not enclosed please email us at style@sammalouf.com or call 650.344.1460. After 7 days of receipt the purchase is not eligible for return.

Sale Price Merchandise Returns for sales of more than 50% Off

Merchandise purchased at 50 percent off the retail price or more are not eligible for return.

Returning Online Merchandise In Store

Sam Malouf online purchases may be returned to our 1460 Burlingame Ave, Burlingame, CA store. Returned merchandise should include an vendor packaging with all tags affixed and be in the same condition as when it was delivered. Simply bring the packing slip and the merchandise to any sales associate. Credit will be given to the original form of payment.
